By accessing and using the Aurélie website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour and texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted jewellery.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed only upon successful payment processing and order confirmation email.
- We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹5,00,000).
- All transactions are processed through 256-bit encrypted payment gateways.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic delivery: 5-7 business days
- International delivery: 10-14 business days
- All shipments are fully insured and tracked
- Free shipping on orders above ₹50,000 within India
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
5. Returns & Refunds
- 15-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Custom/bespoke orders are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Exchange requests are handled at no additional cost
6. Warranty & Service
Every Aurélie piece includes:
- Lifetime free polishing and cleaning
- Lifetime free re-plating (rhodium-finished pieces)
- One free resizing within the first year
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, loss, or theft
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, designs, logos, and product designs — is the exclusive property of Aurélie and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aurélie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products beyond the purchase price paid.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
