Yes — every order ships free within India, insured door to door for its full value. A signature and OTP are required on delivery.
We ship worldwide via insured courier. International duties are the recipient's responsibility and are estimated at checkout. Our travelling team also holds private viewings in London, Dubai and Singapore.
COD is available on orders up to ₹ 1,00,000 within India. UPI, cards, net banking and EMI on all major banks are also accepted.
15 days, no questions asked, with free doorstep pickup. Pieces must be unworn with the hallmark tag intact. Bespoke and engraved commissions are exchange-only.
Complimentary polishing, re-plating, prong checks and resizing — for as long as you own the piece, however long ago it was bought. Write to the atelier and we arrange insured pickup.
Yes. Shail pieces carry lifetime exchange at the prevailing gold rate against any new piece; the karigar's making charge is credited in full within five years of purchase.
Every gold piece carries a BIS hallmark with HUID. Diamonds above 0.2 ct ship with an SGL or IGI certificate, and each piece includes the signed commission card of the karigar who made it.
Prices are re-computed daily against the market rate. When a piece enters your bag, its quoted price is held for 48 hours.
All stones are conflict-free, sourced through Kimberley Process–compliant suppliers, and traceable to origin on request. We are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

It begins with a conversation — at the atelier or over a video call. We sketch, quote, and carve a wax model for your approval before any metal is poured. Bridal commissions take a minimum of twelve weeks.
